Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged, extended or returned for a refund, except to the extent required by law. Gift certificates are non-transferable and have an expiration term which cannot be extended (again unless applied by law). In the event that your order balance exceeds your gift certificate value, you must first pay the balance with a credit card to redeem the certificate.
